Truckee Mule

Ginger beer brings the kick, lime keeps it sharp, and cucumber adds that fresh mountain-air smoothness.

Ingredients

  • 4 oz ginger beer (non-alcoholic)

  • 1 oz fresh lime juice

  • 3–4 thin cucumber slices

  • Lime wheel or cucumber ribbon, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Muddle cucumber slices lightly in a copper mug or highball.

  2. Add ice and lime juice.

  3. Top with ginger beer.

  4. Stir once and garnish.
