Ginger beer brings the kick, lime keeps it sharp, and cucumber adds that fresh mountain-air smoothness.
Ingredients
4 oz ginger beer (non-alcoholic)
1 oz fresh lime juice
3–4 thin cucumber slices
Lime wheel or cucumber ribbon, for garnish
Instructions
Muddle cucumber slices lightly in a copper mug or highball.
Add ice and lime juice.
Top with ginger beer.
Stir once and garnish.
