Lake Day Lemonade

Sun-soaked and easygoing, this lemonade is sweetened with honey and brightened with mint—like a breezy afternoon by the water.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz fresh lemon juice

  • 1 oz honey syrup (1:1 honey + hot water)

  • 4 oz soda water

  • 4–5 fresh mint leaves

  • Lemon wheel and mint sprig, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Clap mint leaves between your palms to release aroma; add to a shaker.

  2. Add lemon juice and honey syrup; shake with ice.

  3. Strain into an ice-filled glass.

  4. Top with soda water and garnish.
