Snowfall Phony Negroni

Deep citrus and botanical notes nod to the classic Negroni but stay refreshingly zero-proof.

Ingredients

• 2 oz non-alcoholic gin

• 1 oz NA Italian-style bitters or a few dashes aromatic bitters (NA if needed)

• 1 oz fresh orange juice or 0.5 oz orange syrup

• Orange peel, for garnish

Instructions

1. Add NA gin, bitters, and orange to a mixing glass with ice.

2. Stir until chilled.

3. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.

4. Express an orange peel over the top and garnish.
